I have recently moved house and informed BT. My activation date was yesterday and my BT box is still flashing purple.
I have checked all the connections, restarted the hub and restarted the modem and nothing appears to be working?

@Chlolouiseox I'm sorry your broadband isn't working. I presume you have full fibre if you have a white Openreach modem? If so what are the lights showing on that?

Just to avoid any confusion around a white modem, do you have one of these & are the LEDs as shown?

yes I have that modem but the LAN LED isn’t showing?
Yes, but are the PON and Power LEDs green and the LOS LED unlit?
Have you tried a different Ethernet cable between the ONT and Hub?
Yes that’s correct they’re both lit up and the LAN is unlit.
I haven’t tried a different Ethernet cable because this one worked prior to moving, I moved house and now the box appears to just be flashing purple
Is the hub configured for FTTP mode and the cable connected to LAN port 4?
