we have a solid blue light on our BT Box, you can connect to the wifi on all devices however it says there is no internet connection? I’ve turned the router off, I’ve turned devices off but no change it’s been like this for well over 12 hours any help?
can you connect with ethernet cable and see if that works
Have you tried a factory reset by pressing recessed button on back and holding 20/30 secs until hub lights flash
