I'm setting up my SH2 & I've changed the WiFi settings to those I used with Plusnet ok but is my broadband username & password the same as my BT ID name & password because when I enter those I'm not allowed to save the changes.
Thanks for your help.

Re: Broadband Username
You don't need to enter any credentials with BT Hubs on a BT connection.

Re: Broadband Username
BT hubs are hard coded with the generic credentials BThomehub@btbroadband.com

Re: Broadband Username
Thanks for your replies.
So I just leave the username as bthomehub@btbroadband.com & the password blank.
