Bt WiFi disk flashing blue
My disk keeps on flashing blue. I tried restarting it, connecting it to an ethernet and just waiting it out but nothing changed. I'm wondering if there's any solutions to this.

Re: Bt WiFi disk flashing blue
Hi @brickness I personally wouldn’t mess about, assuming you you talking about the black complete WiFi discs I would factory reset everything (SH2 and Disc) and set them up as new. If you have DV then remember to save your contacts first so you can restore them afterwards.

Re: Bt WiFi disk flashing blue
Is it the black disc or the white one?
A flashing blue light means it's trying to connect to the hub, note that it will only connect to the BT SmartHub 2.
