Hey, i just moved into a new place. I ordered a BT smart hub which came today and tried to install it. I noticed the Openreach modem in the flat is missing a power cable, here's the setup:
I'm wondering if a BT engineer needs to come round to do something here, or if the landlord has just taken a power cable with them?
Some idiot has taken the power lead with them, you need to report the fault to customer services 0800 800150.
No idea why anybody would do that, but there was another post a few days ago where the same thing had happened.
