<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
I am unable to register for bt home essentials.i am on universal credit. The registration process does accept my national insurance number but does not allow me to input my correct date of birth showing on my account. please can someone help.
