Engineer was meant to come today between 8-1 waited in and took time off work for them to say call back tomorrow as it’s waiting confirmation. Any one had any problems fuming
The engineers are working for Openreach and not BT. You obviously phone BT and tell them the engineer has never turned up and they will try to help you and get another appointment booked. However that's pretty much they can do. I guess once the appointment is booked it's in the openreach database and they will deal with it. Once the job is done and ticked off, BT get notified.
