Re: Can you add a 7th BT WiFi Disc?

No but yes....

If you are talking about Wholehome White AC2600 Discs I had 9 running:

A Story - BT Wholehome AC2600 9 Disc Setup (Anyone... - BT Community

Titled if "Anyone was interested", alas no one was 🤣

However with all discs running on the same channel and not having their own separate backhaul WIFI there is alot of interference and simultaneous discs performing well all at once isnt likely.

To add extra discs beyond the limit just take the new disc, (ignore the app at this point), have it powered off and connect it to the router.....power it on and as it starts to boot up hold down the 'factory reset' pin for 10 seconds, let it reboot and for good measure do it again......leave it connected to the router and wait until its light goes blue. Open the Wholehome app and you should see 'New Disc', you can then click on it and name it, you can then disconnect it from the router and move it somewhere else and it will mesh to the nearest disc.

If you find it hasnt appear in the app have a look at your available WIFI networks and if you see one that doesnt match yours chances are the disc hasnt reset and adopted the master discs settings, just factory reset it again until it does. Its not an ideal process but it works around the app limitation.

As a side note, adding more discs is far better when they are connected by ethernet in their eventual location, otherwise things get unstable.

If you arent talking about the original Wholehome White Large discs then sorry, you can ignore this.
