Re: Cannot connect to wifi

@Stewnorriss   Interesting.

I take it you've gone into the hub and checked that the Wi-Fi connection details have survived the firmware update?

Re: Cannot connect to wifi

@WSH The OP must be successfully connecting to WiFi to be getting that error message.

Re: Cannot connect to wifi

Yes, good point but I would have thought the fact that it goes straight to the hub suggests there is some sort of error with the setup.

Re: Cannot connect to wifi

Exactly, but has nothing to do with not being able to connect to WiFi as the OP asserts.

@Stewnorriss you should be able to connect to the hub manager at the link below. If your browser complains about the certificate, just grant it an exception

No idea why your browser is trying to connect to the hub manager though.

Re: Cannot connect to wifi

safe to continue?

You have either been seeing the last page you browsed or you have set you home page as the hub manager

test this by

GET chrome from ios app store see if you get the same

Open the App Store, search for "Chrome," and tap "Get" to install.

I suspect under chrome you be able to browse as you set other browser to see the hub manager as you hompage

Yes, it is safe to proceed. The warning is just your browser being cautious because it doesn’t recognise the certificate. The self-signed certificate still encrypts your connection, so any information you enter—like your admin password or WiFi settings—remains private and secure.

How to proceed using your browser

To continue using your browser, here’s how to bypass the warning:

Safari:

  • select Show Details
  • select Visit this website
  • confirm by selecting Visit Website
