Cannot connect to wifi

Every time I try and connect an iPhone or my Mac I get this error message in the WiFi connection box it’s not even going to a website it’s literally a pop up when I connect to the wifi

The https button does nothing and I can’t connect

I have booster discs round the house and have reset everything more than once, BT seemed clueless and said I needed new discs which seems unlikely

can anyone help please

Re: Cannot connect to wifi

BT have changed the hub address to HTTPS so have you tried deleting the existing hub wifi connection om iphone and then trying to search and reconnect using hub wifi password and see if that connects

Re: Cannot connect to wifi

You only get that message when connecting to the hub manager, not when connecting to WiFi.

Re: Cannot connect to wifi

That is a browser message, not a WiFi connection error.

Have you set your browser's homepage to the hub manager page?

Re: Cannot connect to wifi

This is what I am saying it’s not popping up on a browser it’s literally when I click the WiFi connection from the list.  I am IT literate (honest) and this is why it is baffling me

Re: Cannot connect to wifi

I have no idea what you are doing but that is an error message from a browser trying to connect to the hub manager.

Any chance of somebody clearing the image, so the rest of us can see it?
