For the record, I don't use a BT Hub nor do I have Web Protect or Parental Controls active. So might be worth disabling those if they are active.

Malwarebytes doesn't like it

Secure Connection Failed

Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

yes but if i have a standard config via bt then millions others will have the same therefore this domain will be blocked.

do i get in touch with malwarebytes and ask them to unblock, or is it an issue bt can look at?

Re: Cannot load a site due to BT blocking a domain

Malwarebytes have blocked it because there is a problem with your SSL certificate, the problem lies with your domain host you need to contact them.

It has nothing to do with BT

Malwarebytes also states there may be Trojan on the website.

You need to check exactly what you have on the site and ensure you are not linking to or problem sites or have any videos that may contain issues etc.
