Hello, I recently moved to a new house and I would like to activate your £32 internet deal.

Before, I lived at ******, and after that I stayed in a hotel, so I did not use any internet connection during that time.

Now I have moved to my new address:

My brother spoke to you before, but now I want to set up the internet myself.
Could you please give me more details and help me connect the service at my new address?

I would edit out those addresses immediately if I were you.  They're a gift to scammers.

You are not talking to BT here.  This is a public customer to customer help forum and the only BT employees are the moderators.
