Complete Wifi

If I upgrade to Complete Wifi do I need to have an "expert" at my house every year?  Seems a bit extreme when I am more than capable of doing this myselg.

Hi @DKEIRS   The simple answer is no. You need to request one.

It states that you can request one at the start but then one visit a year - so this is optional then?

You get one visit a year if you request one because of a problem. If you don't need a visit you don't request one.
