Hi, my router's got blue lights, I can connect to the WiFi, but it says "connected without internet".
I tried restarting the router a couple of times and also 'forgot' the WiFi from my phone and signed in again with the password with no luck.
Any other courses of action?

Do you have Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) or Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) ?
Have you tried a factory reset of the BT Hub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds?
