I am trying to get past a Catch 22 situation
After a few days delay my new services were activated on 10-Jan and I received a message to say the Digital Voice service would be activated within 48 hours. This has not happened, incoming calls can not get through, so as suggested I call the Helpline.
In spite of the best efforts of the BT Guide he could not do anything as the order is still open 'order is not due to be completed until 18-Jan'. They could not raise a fault or flag an issue until the 'order is completed'.
Any ideas how I can get someone to look at the problem before the end of next week?
