My WiFi disc is refusing to pair with my Hub. I’ve tried the Ethernet cable. It goes blue but then when I take the Ethernet cable out it sticks on flashing red. I have tried repeating process following a factory reset of the disc. What’s the next step? Thanks

What colour is the disc, is a BT Whole Home white disc?
Black
Was it supplied by BT as part of the Complete Wi-Fi package?
Yes it was. Our broadband package is called Full Fibre 100 with Halo 3.
Disc has been connected fine for at least 12 months but disconnected a couple of days ago.
