I get this error message when trying to log into MY BT using my laptop. I can log into the app using the same password and ID so they are right. I have cleared my cache and switched off the broadband overnight. Googling this code suggested I am using a blocked VPN, how I have no idea. Customer Services didn’t have a clue how to sort. Help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
