Error code TS-0003 trying to log into My BT on laptop

I get this error message when trying to log into MY BT using my laptop.  I can log into the app using the same password and ID so they are right.  I have cleared my cache and switched off the broadband overnight.  Googling this code suggested I am using a blocked VPN, how I have no idea.  Customer Services didn’t have a clue how to sort. Help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

I am sorry for the error message you're seeing when trying to log into your BTID.  I appreciate the time you've taken on the phone with my colleague.  We will be able to pick up and investigate from here.

I changed my browser as it appeared google chrome was the issue - thanks

Thanks for posting back to let us know the solution to the problem you were having @Bev28

Strange issue!  I am glad all is sorted now.  One to keep in mind in future.  Thanks for that 🙂
