I have been experiencing lag spikes for a couple of years now. They seem to happen most days but some days they are fine. I believe the issue lies between my router and the bt cabinet. I ran a test on ping plotter multiple times now and this seems to confirm this. BT has visited multiple times and I have had multiple routers installed and non of this seems to improve it, everytime they run a test it comes back as fine.
