I've ordered this full fibre 500. I live in a second floor flat however and I'm not entirely sure how OpenReach will go about performing the installation. I own this flat, not the entire building so I'm a little anxious about what they're going to do here.
Has anyone got any experience of this?
Have you seen this page https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/full-fibre-broadband-installation-checklist
Yes. I've browsed all of that. But things I don't understand: wayleave, etc. I'm not the freeholder. I own an apartment (leasehold). OpenReach haven't asked me about this however. Is there a way to know if any of the other flats already have full fibre? That may be a reason why I haven't been asked, unless they just assume this is "allowed".
Check the addresses of the other flats, as well as yours, to see what is available.
Use the address checker on the page below, and post the results, but edit out address details first, but leave the exchange name and cabinet number showing.

Is this the key phrase in the report?
"ONT exists with active service. A spare port may be available or a single port ONT may be swappable to a multiport ONT. A new ONT may be ordered".
Apologies. I should've posted the report. Also apologies, probably better as screenshot than text.
Yes, that means that fibre is already installed in the flats, you just need to place an order with BT.
Fantabulastic. Thanks Keith.
