Ghost connections showing devices still active?

Only noticed this recently however any device which was connected to the BT Wifi Disc  and then either switched off or left the house (ie sons phone) still shows as Connected under My Devices within the SmartHub 2 GUI?

I have reset both the Smarthub 2 and BT Wifi Disc but its still the same? Surely the connection should be released and not still show as connected more than 7 hours later?

Any device last connected to the Smart Hub disconnect quickly , its just the Black BT Wifi Disc that seems to hold onto the connections, any ideas?

Just ignore the device list in the Smart Hub, its about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike.
