HELP Wiring BT block terminal 77a

Good morning,  I've disturbed the terminal block (terminal 77a )whilst changing my window yesterday...Can't seem to get back connected 😕  If I could get some clarity it would be much appreciated.

You just mirror the wiring top & bottom so the same colour wires are connected to the same pins on the connectors. If one has come adrift & you don't have a punchdown tool, an old credit card can be used to push the wire back into place.

I've done this, tried uploading a picture but it keeps saying file too large ..

If this doesn't work then the possibilities are that the colour code hasn't been adhered to or the wiring is damaged.
