Halo 3+ query

I am on full fibre and a halo 3+ contract

For historical reasons I have 4 black disks which for the past year have worked perfectly

Today one of the disks lost it’s connection and one of the others was flashing blue

I was able to reset the disk that had lost its connection but when I attempted to reset the flashing blue it knocked out one of the others

I have attempted to do a reset several time but also with the same result

It makes me wonder if BT have now imposed a limit of 3 disks

Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can get the 4 disks up and running again

Re: Halo 3+ query

As far as I am aware, Halo 3+ comes with Complete WiFi and according to the help pages, supports a maximum of 3 discs via a Smart Hub 2:

BT Help: Fix problems with Complete WiFi

Perhaps a firmware update or similar has finally kicked in the limit on your set up?

I can’t offer a suggestion for a fix personally, maybe time to look at whole home WiFi instead?

Re: Halo 3+ query

Also don’t forget you have free home visits from “Home Tech Experts” with Halo 3+, so you can book one of them to take a look at your network and kit.
