I've checked over this one with a few more people at our end, and whilst it seems they were experiencing the same issues you reported yesterday, it seems to have been since resolved.
I would recommend checking to see if there have been any changes reported at your end, and if you continue to notice issues highlight this with [email protected]

For anyone who's seeing this and might be able to help, the domain is sepsistrust.tfaforms.net - it resolves fine through cloudflare, google DNS and non BT customers can see it via wifi.
It's not about me being able to see it, it's all our charity supporters and people reaching out for help who can't access our web forms.

after a few days, BT reachead back to us and the issue was solved.
