Help! BT blocking a website i was building!

Yes I can’t resolve that domain from our servers. We have not actively blocked it so I’ll investigate what’s going on.

We have a similar issue with our app (app.wavecnct.com). I've contacted the BT safer browsing email multiple times to no response. It's seems all of our customer using BT Group network cannot see our website

We are having the same issue when accessing images

for some reason, all our customers via BT and EE are not able to see images in our site. 

our clients are not able to reach this. Can you please help?

We have multiple customers complaining. When accessing from BT or EE broadband they are able to reach the site but not see any images.

Are you able to see any pictures via any of these ISP?

Yes.

Check with your clients to see if they have parental controls and what browser they are using.  It is obviously not a universal problem.

We did. We followed all the procedures with customers recomended in BT Help

We were able to replicate the issue: see below if we use a diferent DNS vs the DNS from BT:

2 days of customers without service due to this.
