I've checked over this one with a few more people at our end, and whilst it seems they were experiencing the same issues you reported yesterday, it seems to have been since resolved.
I would recommend checking to see if there have been any changes reported at your end, and if you continue to notice issues highlight this with categorisation@bt.com
