Home Tech Expert

I've just ordered BT broadband/tv/landline & mobile. Its for my dad and he'll need help setting it up so I asked when i placed the order if i could book a home tech expert. I was told that once the order was completed, they would send me a number to call to book but I have not received it.

So my question is, how do i book a home tech expert? The BT engineer is coming round 21 march 8am-1pm so i want to book the tech expert for the same day. thanks

The visit should be booked when the order is placed. Have a look at the Home Tech Experts help page. You may need to call in and speak with the orders team.
