Home hub not allowing connection

Good morning! I’ve just moved to a new house and am waiting for openreach to set us up, which I believe may be some time... my neighbour has a home hub 2 which I can see is putting a good signal into our property. He has allowed me access to the hub and I have all the details to login. 
However, none of my devices seem to be able to log in to the hub.

Am I doing something wrong? Normally once you have the ssid and the Wi-fi password, I should be able to connect to any Wi-fi router right? Or is BT different?

That's very kind of your neighbour.  Should indeed work fine, so long as they have given you the correct password.

Are you getting an error message?

I just get ‘unable to join’ when I try to log in? That’s on all our devices, iPhones, fire stick etc

I'd recheck the password with the Neighbour
