Hub Manager

Hi, When trying to set up access times for my son's Ipad I can't find his ipad within the app but i can see it via hub manager on my PC. i've tried searching for it via the IP address and MAC address but it's not there??? but it's a plain as day on the Hub Manager via PC but you can't change any of the setting via hub manager only with the app. how do i find this device via the app.

Depending on what version of iOS it's running, you won't find the MAC. MAC addresses were randomised from (if memory serves) v14 onwards, i.e. it uses a made up one. You may have to disable this if you want to use parental controls.
