Hi, having issues with my hybrid connection, used to work fine now its flashing red all of the time. I've done a factory reset, and reconnected/paired via a LAN. Initially turns solid blue, hybrid appears in hub manager, after about 3 minutes it starts flashing red, still appears as connected in hub manager, its sat next to the hub, same via wifi or lan. If I pull out router cable then it wont connect via 4G. I've tried to report as a fault, but they claim I have a network issue?? Don't see that but.............. It looks like a connection error to the hub but I've tried a range of changes to no avail. Hub firmware updated yesterday, but it was the same on the august update.
See others have some issues, is mine unique or part of a wider issue?

My Hybrid Connect firmware is v0.19.01.202204020100-BT. Your v0.15 sounds way out of date.
That maybe the issue, any idea how you force an ipdate, I've done three factory resets and a repairing to hub,?

My Hybrid Connect automatically updated overnight and is now v0.21.02.202207090100-BT.
It is not given now-a-days but you do subscribe to Halo3+ don't you?
You cannot force an update.
