2. Have tried Reset Network on Ipad - remains the same

Quick sanity checks would be to ensure that you're connecting to your router & not a neighbours, & that you're using the WiFi password & not the Admin password.
Thank you for quick response - I have confirmed I am using the Wireless Password. Not sure how to check whether it is neigbours hub, as the Desk top PC is working wireless WIFI from BT Hub ok. Thanks for assistance
Just to clarify Are you trying to connect to BTWifi or to your home network?
If it is your home network you select your BT hubs name then use the wireless password both of which are found on the hub's label.
The Hub name is also printed on the router along with the passwords.
I'm wondering if this is a MAC randomisation problem. Check settings of one of the devices and make sure it is using the actual device MAC and not a virtual one and then try again
Thank you for your suggestions - resolved issue by switching everything off including extenders. Reset Hub, phones, extenders and then reintroduce each to system. All connected. Reason for fault - unknown - but thank you
