Important Message About My Account?

This pops up every time I try to connect to my WiFi, I’m so confused I can’t seem to find this pop up anywhere online. When I log in there doesn’t appear to be any messages about my account?? Help me!! It won’t let me connect at all even when I do log in.

Captive WiFi at the top of the screen suggests that your trying to log into a  hotspot rater than your Hub's main SSID?

If that's intentional then have a look here & see if anything helps. If you're  using the BT WiFi app, there's been suggestions that's being retired.

I’m only clicking on the WiFi connection for my hub in the settings, no hotspot or anything like that’s just the same connection that had worked for the past month?
