Hi, recently been suffering from long ping, up to 1000ms, and slow speeds, dropping to 1MB/s, intermittently. Had BT operator on the phone and went through checks and a power cycle of the router, went back to normal for a few hours then back to up and down speed and ping. Anything I can check or is next step engineer? Set up is smart hub two with three WiFi discs connected by Ethernet as APs. Thanks

Need some more information really, which devices are receiving these results and how are you measuring it?
Are they both wired and wireless?
Hi, I was using Speed test app on my phone connected wirelessly. Usually speed ~40MB and ping 8ms, when I notice buffering recently I do a test and get long ping and slow speeds. The bt speed test also comes back as slower than expected. Just been intermittent over last week or so and can’t link it to an event. Thanks.
