We’ve recently moved to bt and have a hub2. My iPhone 8 and iPad keep losing the Wi-Fi signal, even though my wife’s Samsung and our windows laptop and desktop all connect fine. BT has made 4 attempts to rectify the problem remotely but not successfully. Plusnet router worked well, so could anyone advise us what’s going wrong, please? I’m not a particularly technical-minded person but have accessed hubs before. Thanks in anticipation.
First turn off Smart setup on the hub.

Secondly make sure Private Address MAC randomisation is turned off on your devices
Hi. Thank you for your very prompt reply and support. I’ve been out of town for a few days, hence the delay from me. I tried the first of your suggestions but didn’t manage the second. I then reset everything to as it was before. The router seems to have accepted my iPhone and ipad now and doesn’t kick them out. The problem seems to have resolved itself. Thank you again for your assistance. Paul
