Just signed up - Can I use BT app?

I have just signed up and received my hub, phones and the EE Hybrid connect which I have activated. I cannot create a My BT account, I do not seem to have an account number. Just an order or VOL number. The engineer is not visiting until 18th May to complete the fibre connection. How do I sign up for a My BT account? Searched everywhere.

You'll get an account number once your order completes if you're a new customer I'd imagine

Hi @Mikesjn, I know you get a few emails after your order is placed but the order number and account number usually show on the first email after your order has been placed to confirm your package etc. So have a look it would be sent within a few minutes of your order getting placed and see if it shows in the 'Need some help' section near the bottom of the email.

Found it, thanks very much. Just been on to support as I couldn't create my account. Seems it was stuck in a queued script and has to be deleted. Very pleasant experience thus far.
