Just to say thanks…

I wasn’t sure where to post this, but the other night, at around midnight, our internet just went off with no warning. Devices were still connected to the router, but there was absolutely no internet access at all. Thank goodness for my mobile data!

An engineer came out today and confirmed that there was, in fact, a fault. He was a really lovely man, he fixed the fault in no time and, for some reason, now our internet is faster than it’s ever been! Our connection has never been great, but for the first time we are receiving our full download speed, even with multiple devices online.

I just wanted to say thanks for the service and for getting us up and running so quickly!
