Lag

Had my fibre 150 for a while now with no problems until the last couple of weeks when I've had lag on Netflix and some sites, BBC News especially.  What could be wrong?

Make sure that BT Web Protect is turned off. It can cause problems with some sites.

OK.  It appears not to be enabled, there is only one option showing and that is enable so I presume it is disabled.
