I have a MK3 vdsl faceplate.
I only get broadband if I connect the dsl wire to the bottom part of the mk3 (the telephone port) and I don’t get broadband if I connect it to the top part (broadband port) of the mk3 faceplate?
Why is this?
I’ve had issues in the past where the broadband disconnects when the phone rings despite having a filtered socket but idk if this is anything to do with the above issue?
@Daniel92 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, it sounds like the mk3 faceplate is faulty. I'll send you a private message in a moment so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll be happy to help.
Thanks
Neil
