<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
Just started a new two year contract for BT Halo and have been sent mix and match equipment - one round black wi-fi disc and one white square one. Not impressed, even though recognising the discs will be in different rooms. Should I expect better?
