Move FTTP master socket

Go to solution

I need to move my master socket left 6 inches. Who would I need to contact in order to get this sorted?

@DomCDogg

You would need to contact them, and ask for a master socket shift, and they would pass the request to Openreach. There would be a charge for this, so Utility Warehouse should inform you beforehand.

I think you mean FTTC master socket, as FTTP does not use the master socket.

This forum is for BT Retail customers only. Utility Warehouse may have their own user forum.
