Moved Hub2

Hi

I moved my Hub 2 down one shelf on my cabinet.  When I have plugged it all back in, it's just flashing orange lights.

Any ideas?

Re: Moved Hub2

Flashing orange light usually means it's connecting to broadband, on FTTC/xDSL (via the phone line) that can take a couple of minutes.  If you are on FTTP/Full Fibre, make sure that the connection to the box on  the wall is using WAN (port 4).

I only learn by making mistakes and owning up to them - boy do I learn a lot!

if like one above then middle connection (yellow ethernet) should be connected to port 4 on back of hub

Re: Moved Hub2

If it’s connected to the phone socket on the wall, then the other end needs to connect to the grey DSL port on the hub.
