My internet and phone (by same provider) hacked.

Someone is having access to my internet and phone. Via social media sending abusive, threatening, malicious , messages. i called to the BT team but when I get connected to security department the calls disconnects. If BT could trace it for me where the calls and messages via social media coming from.By blocking doesn't work they come out from different pages as it is easy to create fake profiles on social media, with different address who knows if the scammer or hacker is next door or within your community. as this seems the case with me, some one is around me. perhaps next door neighbour having full access to my internet , if I am paying bill to BT why next door in full power over my internet? 

Via phone call I spoke too many times every time they pass to next department I only get reply AHH sorry is it happening?

Scams turn out to be investment scam just losing money. and via phone calls receiving silent calls and scammer calls , scam like investments. Had to change my number 3 times just in 2023. No peace in life from any side.
