Nest Thermostat

Has anyone been able to link a Nest Thermostat to a Smart Hub 2 running full fibre. I asked BT through the message option and they suggested downgrading the hub to a Smart Hub so as to split the networks. They sent me one but I can't seem to get the Smart Hub to work with FF and the Nest can't seem to find the network through the Hub 2.

It all worked fine before FF was installed!

Any ideas or solutions would be gratefully received!

Re: Nest Thermostat

With the smart hub 2go to hub manager then wireless and turn off the 5ghz network that should allow your nest connect to the 2.4ghz network. Once connected and stable then turn the 5ghz back on and nest should be ok. This is covered often on the forum

Re: Nest Thermostat

What version of the Nest thermostat do you have?

I have two 3rd gen Nest Learning thermostats and have no issues pairing them with a Smarthub 2 running over a full fibre connection.
