Netgear wifi extender

I have just switched to BT and can’t get my netgear wifi extender to connect over WPS to the router. Have tied resetting etc. any suggestions?

I have the Netgear EX6000 and it works fine with my SH2. Try doing a factory reset (on the Netgear) and starting again from scratch
