New hub connect

I have received a new hub and a connection date has been changed to 26 th.  Can I connect the new hub now and use with my current contract or should I wait till the 26th to change the hubs over?

Re: New hub connect

you can replace your existing hub if current BT customer with the new SH2 now if you want.  to save a lot of wifi hassle I would change the new SH2 SSID to that of old hub and also change password  that way your existing wifi devices will just connect without change

@Bh1

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

If its a BT Smart Hub 2 you have been given, then that will work with all BT Broadband services.
