Came across something worth sharing:
Background: I kept setting up Now TV recordings through the Channel Guide. The recording appeared to set up well and even triggered on screen messages stating recordings had started.
However, whenever I tried to view these I got a Recording Unavailable message with advice to check router connection and to restart that router.
It appears the issue was linked with my seemingly unrelated management of unused channels - by hiding them using the Yellow button.
Having paid for UHD and 4K quality I hid the SD Now TV channels setting up the guide to show UHD channels only. I set up my Now TV recordings using these listings.
As this Recording Unavailable issue unfolded I experimented with unhiding the SD listing again.
Bingo! Recordings listed as Unavailable have become available in MYTV even though they were never set up on those SD listing...
Don't know why, don't know how.
But it worked for me..
