Parental Control removed but URLs are still blocked

Hi,

I blocked YouTube using parental control from my.bt.com because kids were spending too much time online. I removed all URLs from blocked sites couple of weeks ago but YouTube is still inaccessible. Messaged BT online help team they advised to reboot the router, reset the router to factory settings and yesterday they said wait for 24-48hrs not sure what that will do. I have now turned off parental control completely but still no joy.
YouTube is still inaccessible on all devices i.e laptop, smart TV, fire stick and smart phones. 
Could someone kindly guide how to fix this.

I too (and I believe a few others) are having the same issue.  I initially communicated with BT chat but they weren't very helpful (said it was a known issue and try again in a week). However if you email them someone from the UK will call you up and give you a reference number etc (whilst getting second line support to try some things in the background).
