Port Forwarding Rules

I am trying to set up a Port Forwarding Rule in the Hub Manager.  I enter all the details and click save and it says its been saved, but when I look in the firewall tab no rules are showing.  Any ideas?

Sometimes it takes a little time or needs a restart.....odd

Did you press the + symbol before save? If not, try it.

Have you tried a factory reset of the hub with the recessed button rather than a restart? Also, turn off UPnP afterwards.

How do I   turn off  UPnP after factory reset?

Also what is UPnP?

Advanced settings> firewall> UPnP

Universal plug and play, effectively automatic port forwarding. It can clash with manual port forwarding
