Just a quick question regarding the hub2, i have a new hub and it keeps disconnecting and re connecting, first thing to try was to check if smart set up had been turned off. Going into hub manager, advanced settings my password wasnt accepted and i got the change password box, i changed the password and everytime i try to log it its the same, wrong password entered, i cant get into the settings at all, the password overide didnt work, so i cant access settings at all, im not well up on this stuff was just after a few ideas cheers.

Thanks i thought about a factory reset but didnt know what affect that might have on tv apps or if smart reset would be enabled and i still wouldnt be able to get into the system to disable it. Probably give it a go though.
