I’ve a similar issue to @maxiheed , in that I called Customer Support to order an extra disc for a dead spot, on the recommendation of the home tech visit last week , but it seems I received my Hybrid Connect box, but can see no order submitted for the extra disc. Are you able to help or advise please? Thanks in advance.

Hi @methuselah969, welcome to the forum. I've moved your post to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do.
Sorry that you didn't have an additional disc ordered. You can order one by following the Broadband troubleshooter online or via the MyBT app. We provide one complete wifi disc at the start and if this is not giving your home enough coverage you can get up to two more but they are sent one at a time. If you have problems getting this stored with the troubleshooter post back and let me know.
